加味左金汤加减治疗反流性食管炎临床研究

Clinical research on Zuojin decoction in the treatment of reflux gastritis

目的:探讨加味左金汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法:收治反流性食管炎患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组给予加味左金汤治疗,对照组单用西药治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90%,对照组的总有效率为70%,经检验,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味左金汤治疗反流性食管炎疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Zuojin decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:100patients with reflux esophagitis were selected,then they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with50 cases in each.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Zuojin decoction,while the control group only treated withwestern medicine,then we compared the treatment effect between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment groupwas 90%,and the control group was 70%.There was significant statistical difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zuojindecoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis has obviously curative effect than the western medicine treatment,so it is worthy ofpromotion.
