玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎效果观察

Observation of the effect of Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的:分析玉屏风颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎效果。方法:收治过敏性鼻炎患者88例,分两组,各44例,对照组实施常规的治疗,给予布地奈德喷雾剂进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上增加中药复方制剂玉屏风颗粒进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:经过治疗之后,观察组治疗取得的效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于过敏性鼻炎患者采用西药制剂联合中药制剂玉屏风颗粒进行治疗可以取得显著的治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the effect of Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:88 patients withallergic rhinitis were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of the 44 cases.Patients in the control group receivedroutine treatment,and they were given Budesonide aerosol treatment.Patients in the observation group added compoundpreparation of traditional Chinese medicine Yupingfeng particles on the basis of the control group treatment.Then we comparedthe effect of two groups.Results:After treatment, treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with allergic rhinitis by western medicine combined with traditional Chinesemedicine preparation Yupingfeng granule treatment can achieve significant therapeutic effect.
