胃镜活检与外科病理诊断胃癌的临床价值比较

Clinical value comparison of gastroscopic biopsies with surgical pathology in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma

目的:比较胃镜活检与外科病理诊断胃癌的临床价值。方法:对胃癌患者60例给予胃镜活检和术后病理诊断。结果:外科病理诊断确诊率明显高于胃镜活检,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外科病理对Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型诊断准确率均高于胃镜活检,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃镜活检对分化型癌细胞诊断准确率显著高于分化不良型癌细胞(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜活检对胃癌的诊断价值与外科病理学诊断存在一定的差距,临床可将胃镜活检与外科病理联合检查,提高诊断准确率。

Objective:To compare the clinical value of gastroscopic biopsies with surgical pathology in the diagnosis of gastriccarcinoma.Methods:60 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma were given gastroscopic biopsies and postoperative pathologicdiagnosis.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of surgical pathologic diagnosis was significantly higher than that of gastroscopicbiopsies,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy rate of surgical pathology for type Ⅱ,type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ were higher than those of gastroscopic biopsies,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Thediagnostic accuracy rate of gastroscopic biopsies for differentiated carcinoma cells was significantly higher than that for poorlydifferentiated cancer cells(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was certain difference of diagnostic value for gastric carcinoma betweengastroscopic biopsies and surgical pathology diagnosis.The gastroscopic biopsies and surgical pathology should be combined toimprove the diagnostic accuracy rate.
