脑肿瘤切除术后并发症护理对策分析

Analysis of nursing strategies for postoperative complications of brain tumor resection

目的:分析脑肿瘤切除术后患者并发症护理的有效干预对策。方法:收治接受脑肿瘤切除术的患者70例,随机平分为两组。对照组接受常规护理干预措施,观察组接受人性化全面护理。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况及对护理干预的满意度。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应根据脑肿瘤切除术后患者的情况进行全面、完善、针对性强的综合护理干预措施,以有效降低各种并发症发生的风险,有效促进患者预后。

Objective:To analyze the effective intervention strategies for nursing care of postoperative complications of patientswith brain tumor resection.Methods:70 patients treated by brain tumor resection were selected.They were randomly divided intothe two groups.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention measures,while patients in the observation groupreceived comprehensive nursing care.The incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction degree of nursingintervention in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group wassignificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing of the observation group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:We should carry out comprehensive,perfect and targeted comprehensivenursing intervention according to the situation of patients after brain tumor resection,in order to effectively reduce the risk of avariety of complications,and effectively promote the prognosis of patients.
