自拟健脾消痞汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期胃肠功能障碍的治疗配合与护理

Effect of Jianpi Xiaopi decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation gastrointestinal dysfunction with treatment and nursing

目的:研究健脾消痞汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)胃肠功能障碍治疗配合及护理方法,为临床提供依据。方法:收治AECOPD胃肠功能障碍患者60例,分两组,各30例。对照组采用多潘立酮治疗,试验组采用健脾消痞汤联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组患者治疗、护理效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率73.3%,显著高于对照组的33.3%(P<0.05)。结论:AECOPD胃肠功能障碍患者采用健脾消痞汤联合穴位贴敷治疗效果理想,且患者治疗过程中实施相应护理能提高临床治愈率。

Objective:To research the effect of Jianpi Xiaopi decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy for chronicobstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation(AECOPD)gastrointestinal dysfunction with treatment and nursing,to providethe basis for clinical.Methods:60 patients with AECOPD with gastrointestinal dysfunction were selected.They were divided intotwo groups,30 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with it bite phenanthroline treatment,while patients in theexperimental group with Jianpi Xiaopi decoction combined with acupoint consumers sticking therapy.Nursing effect of two groupswas compared.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group of 73.3% was significantly higher than the control groupof 33.3% (P<0.05).Conclusion:AECOPD patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction by Jianpi Xiaopi decoction combined withacupoint consumers sticking therapy effect is ideal,and patients in the process of implementation of the corresponding nursing canimprove the clinical cure rate.
