预见性护理在中西医结合治疗心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

Application effect of predictive nursing in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with myocardial infarction

目的:探讨预见性护理在中西医结合治疗心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:收治中西医结合治疗的心肌梗死患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予预见性护理,比较两组有效抢救时间及护理满意度。结果:试验组有效抢救时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理在中西医结合治疗心肌梗死患者中能提高护理满意度,缩短有效抢救时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in combination of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine for patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:60 cases of patients with myocardial infarction treated with traditionalChinese medicine and western medicine were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,andthe experiment group was given predictive nursing.The effective rescue time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups werecompared.Results:The effective rescue time of the experiment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing in combination of traditional Chinese andwestern medicine for patients with myocardial infarction could improve the nursing satisfaction and shorten the effective rescuetime.
