舒适护理在消化内镜检查中的应用及效果观察

Application and effect observation of comfortable nursing in digestive endoscopy

目的:探讨消化内镜检查中舒适护理的应用效果。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的配合程度、服务满意度、检查疼痛均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理提高了患者对检查的配合程度和护理满意程度,降低了患者对检查的疼痛感,有效地提高了检查完成率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the examination of digestive endoscopy.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were givenroutine care,while patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the patient's level of cooperation,service satisfaction,pain in the check were better than those ofthe control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can improve patient's coordination degree for examination andnursing satisfaction degree,reduce the pain of patients in check,effectively improve the completion rate of inspection.
