优质护理在新生儿黄疸治疗中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of high quality nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的:探讨优质护理在新生儿黄疸采用蓝光治疗中的应用效果。方法:收治黄疸患儿120例,随机分为A组和B组。A组给予常规护理,B组给予优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:A组总有效率明显低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗后血清胆红素、睡眠时间、摄奶量、体重改善优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在新生儿黄疸采用蓝光治疗中可促使血清胆红素排出,提高疗效。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in the blue light therapy for neonatal jaundice.Methods:120 cases of children with jaundice were divided into A group and B group randomly.A group was given routine nursingand B group was given high quality nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of Agroup was significantly lower than that of B group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,theserum bilirubin,sleep time,milk intake and body weight of B group were better than those of A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Highquality nursing in the blue light therapy for neonatal jaundice could promote the excretion of serum bilirubin and improve thecurative effect.
