摘要
目的:探讨健康教育护理路径在耐多药肺结核门诊患者的应用效果。方法:收治耐多药肺结核患者88例,分为试验组和对照组。对照组给予传统的健康教育,试验组给予健康教育护理路径教育,比较两组实施效果。结果:试验组对结核病健康知识的掌握情况、防护措施的落实情况及遵医嘱服药情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育护理路径提高了门诊耐多药肺结核健康教育规范性、有效性及可控性,提高耐多药肺结核患者治疗依从性。
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing path in health education in outpatients with multi-drug resistanttuberculosis.Methods:88 cases of patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis were divided into the experiment group and thecontrol group.Patients in the control group were given traditional health education,and patients in the experiment group were givennursing path in health education.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The knowledge about tuberculosis,implementation of protective measures and prescribed medication in the experiment group were significantly better than those inthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing path in health education could improve the standard,effectiveness andcontrollability of health education for multi-drug resistant tuberculosis in outpatient and improve the treatment compliance ofpatients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.
