Thought and effect of the subject construction of general medical in the township hospitals

目的:探讨全科医学学科建设在乡镇卫生院中的成效。方法:分析全科医学学科建设前后的成效。结果:全科医学技术水平与服务质量明显改善。全科医学学科建立后患者满意度明显高于建立前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:全科医学学科建立效果显著,促进医疗技术创新和人才培养。

Objective:To explore the effect of the subject construction of general medical in the township hospitals.Methods:Theeffect before and after the subject construction of general medical was analyzed.Results:The technical level and service quality ofthe general medical were significantly improved.The patients' satisfaction after the subject construction of general medical wassignificantly higher than that before the construction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The subjectconstruction of general medical had significant effect and promoted the medical technology innovation and personnel training.
