沙丁胺醇雾化联合机械通气治疗危重哮喘病的疗效分析

摘要 目的:分析应用沙丁胺醇雾化联合机械通气治疗危重哮喘的临床疗效。方法:收治危重哮喘病患者62例,分为两组,对照组单纯采用沙丁胺醇雾化治疗,试验组则联合机械通气治疗,分析两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组PEF、FVC等指标水平均呈明显上升趋势;且试验组上升程度优于对照组;治疗后,研究组胸闷、咳嗽、肺哮鸣音缓解时间及临床总有效率等均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用沙丁胺醇雾化联合机械通气治疗危重哮喘的临床疗效显著。 Objective:To analyze the curative effect of salbutamol atomization combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of patients with severe asthma.Methods:62 patients with severe asthma were selected.They were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with salbutamol atomization,while patients in the experimental group combined with mechanical ventilation treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups was analyzed.Results:After treatment,PEF,FVC and other indicators of two groups showed a significant upward trend,and the experimental group was better than the control group.After treatment,the chest tightness,cough,pulmonary wheezing relief time and the total clinical efficiency of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of salbutamol atomization combined with mechanical ventilation in treatment of severe asthma is significantly.
