妊娠合并糖尿病对疾病及母婴健康的影响研究

Effect study of pregnancy complicated with diabetes on disease and maternal and child health

目的:探讨妊娠合并糖尿病对疾病及母婴健康的影响。方法:收治妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇46例作为观察组,选取同期正常妊娠孕妇46例作为对照组,观察妊娠合并糖尿病对母婴健康的影响。结果:观察组孕妇的并发症发生率30.4%,显著高于对照组的8.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的并发症发生率23.9%,显著高于对照组4.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并糖尿病增加了母儿并发症的发生率,应严格筛查血糖及控制血糖水平,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective:To investigate the effect of pregnancy complicated with diabetes on disease and maternal and child health.Methods:46 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy complicated with diabetes were as the observation group.46 cases of normal pregnant women were as the control group and the effect of pregnancy complicated with diabetes on maternal and child health was observed.Results:The incidence of complications in pregnant women of the observation group was 30.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 8.7%,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in newborns of the observation group was 23.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 4.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Pregnancy complicated with diabetes increased the incidence of complications in pregnant women and newborns,and the screening blood glucose and controlling the blood glucose levels should be strict to reduce the risk of complications.
