氨溴索注射液辅助治疗支气管肺炎疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of ambroxol injection in adjuvant treatment of patients with bronchial pneumonia

目的:研究并分析应用氨溴索注射液对于支气管肺炎的临床有效性和安全性。方法:收治支气管肺炎患者128例,随机分为两组,对照组进行常规治疗,试验组则在此基础上给予氨溴索注射液进行辐照治疗,观察并比较两组患者经治疗后的临床效果。结果:经治疗后试验组总有效率95.31%,高于对照组的73.44%;相比于对照组,试验组氧饱和度明显上升,呼吸频率明显下降,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:应用氨溴索对支气管肺炎进行辅助治疗,不仅临床效果显著,而且可明显改善患者体征指数。

Objective:To research and analyze the clinical effectiveness and safety of ambroxol injection in adjuvant treatment of patients with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:128 patients with bronchial pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while patients in the experimental group were given ambroxol hydrochloride injection for irradiation treatment.We observed and compared the clinical effects of two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.31%,higher than 73.44% in the control group.Compared with the control group,the oxygen saturation of the experimental group increased significantly,and the respiratory rate was significantly decreased,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Application of ambroxol on bronchial pneumonia for adjuvant therapy not only has a significant clinical effect,but also improve patients’ symptom index.
