Comparative analysis of the clinical effect of common western medicine treatment on peptic ulcer

目的:比较奥美拉唑与雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:收治消化性溃疡患者84例,分为两组。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,试验组给予雷贝拉唑治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组临床疗效、不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑与雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著,不良反应少。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of omeprazole and rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:84 cases of patients with peptic ulcer were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with omeprazole,the experimental group was treated with rabeprazole,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference of the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reaction between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole and rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer had significant clinical effect and less adverse reaction.
