老年患者骨科手术中的血液保护措施

Blood conservation measures for elderly patients in department of orthopedics operation

目的:探讨老年患者骨科手术中的血液保护措施。方法:收治骨科手术的老年患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组各60例,试验组采用轻度控制性降压联合自体血液回输,对照组仅采用轻度控制性降压,比较两组的效果。结果:试验组术中回收自体血(468±25)m L,对照组异体输血量(225±75)m L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:轻度控制性降压联合自体血液回输对老年患者骨科手术的血液保护效果显著。

Objective:To explore the blood conservation measures for elderly patients in department of orthopedics operation.Methods:120 elderly patients with department of orthopedics operation were selected.They were random divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were given mild controlled hypotension combined with autologous blood reinfusion,and the patients in the control group were given mild controlled hypotension.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the experiment group,the recovery of autologous blood in operation was (468±25) mL.In the control group,the amount of allogeneic blood transfusion was (225±75) mL.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The blood conservation effect of mild controlled hypotension combined with autologous blood reinfusion for elderly patients in department of orthopedics operation was significant.
