改良小切口手术与传统甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的疗效观察

Comparative observation of the curative effect of improved small incision surgery and traditional thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid tumor

目的:探讨改良小切口手术与传统甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤疗效。方法:将28例甲状腺瘤患者随机分为改良组和对照组,改良组给予改良小切口手术,对照组给予传统甲状腺切除术手术,对比两组手术操作时间、术中平均出血量、手术切口长度、住院时间和并发症。结果:与对照组相比,改良组手术操作时间、手术切口长度和住院时间明显较短,术中平均出血量较少(P<0.05)。改良组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良小切口手术与传统甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤均有一定疗效,但相对来说,改良小切口手术具有微创性,手术操作更简单,术中出血更少,可减轻患者痛苦和减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of improved small incision surgery and traditional thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid tumor.Methods:28 patients with thyroid tumor were randomly divided into the improved group and the control group.The patients in the improved group were given improved small incision surgery.The patients in the control group were given traditional thyroidectomy.The operative time,intraoperative mean bleeding volum,operative incision length,hospitalization time and complications of two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the operative time,operative incision length and hospitalization time of the improved group were significantly shorter,and the intraoperative mean bleeding volum was less(P < 0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the improved group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The improved small incision surgery and traditional thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid tumor all have certain effect,but relatively speaking,the improved small incision surgery is minimally invasive,more simple,and the bleeding in operation is less.It can relieve the pain of patients,reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
