探讨性病患者临床心理分析与治疗

Exploration of the clinical psychological analysis and treatment of patients with sexually transmitted diseases

目的:分析性病患者临床心理与治疗的关系。方法:收治性病患者146例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上给予心理治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率94.5%,明显高于对照组的75.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合心理治疗能提高性病患者治疗总有效率。

Objective:To analyze the relationship between clinical psychology and treatment of patients with sexually transmitted diseases.Methods:146 cases of patients with sexually transmitted diseases were divided into two groups randomly.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while the patients in the experimental group were given psychotherapy on the basis of conventional treatment,and the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Conventional treatment combined with psychotherapy could improve the total effective rate of patients with sexually transmitted diseases.
