穴位贴敷防治风湿免疫疾病的疗效观察

Clinical observation of acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of rheumatic immune diseases

目的:探讨穴位贴敷防治风湿免疫疾病的疗效。方法:收治风湿免疫疾病患者40例,随机分成对照组和观察组各20例,对照组口服来氟米特,观察组配合穴位贴敷疗法,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组年均发病次数和发病持续时间改善程度优于对照组,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷治疗风湿免疫疾病通过现代透皮吸收机制直达病灶,安全、有效。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of rheumatic immune diseases.Methods:40 patients with rheumatic diseases were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 20 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given oral leflunomide.The patients in the observation group added acupoint application.We observed the therapeutic effect in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the improvement degree of average annual incidence and duration of disease of the observation group was better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application in treating rheumatic diseases was safe and effective by modern transdermal absorption mechanism into lesion directly.
