同型半胱氨酸水平与不同年龄女性冠心病相关性的研究

Study on the relationship between homocysteine levels and women with coronary heart disease in different ages

目的:了解同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平对不同年龄段女性冠心病病变程度的影响。方法:收治女性冠心病患者448例,分析Hcy水平与病变支数及病变程度的关系。结果:相同年龄组患者Hcy水平与病变支数及病变程度呈正相关,相同病变支数及相同病变程度患者随着年龄的增加,其Hcy水平随之增加。结论:Hcy水平是女性冠心病的危险因素。

Objective:To understand the effects of Hcy level on the female and the degree of pathological changes in different age groups.Methods:448 women patients with coronary heart disease were selected.We analyzed the relationship between Hcy level and lesion vessels and the severity of lesions.Results:In the same age group,the level of Hcy was positively correlated with lesion vessels and the degree of pathological changes;the level of Hcy increased with the increased age of the patients with same number of lesions and the same lesion degree.Conclusion:Hcy level is a risk factor for coronary heart disease in women.
