不同脐部护理方法在预防新生儿脐炎方面的效果研究

Comparison effect research of different umbilical nursing methods on the prevention of neonatal omphalitis

目的:比较不同脐部护理方法在预防新生儿脐炎中的应用价值。方法:收治新生儿130例,分为两组。对照组给予常规脐部护理,观察组给予二次断脐护理,比较两组脐带脱落时间、脐部愈合时间、脐炎发生率及新生儿母亲的护理满意度。结果:观察组脐带脱落时间、脐部愈合时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组脐炎发生率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿母亲的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二次断脐护理可有效缩短新生儿脐部愈合时间,预防新生儿脐炎的发生。

Objective:To compare the application value of different umbilical nursing methods on the prevention of neonatal omphalitis.Methods:130 cases of newborns were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given conventional umbilical nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given second severing of umbilical nursing.The time of umbilical cord separation,umbilical healing time,the incidence of omphalitis and nursing satisfaction of neonatal mothers between groups were compared.Results:The time of umbilical cord separation and umbilical healing time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of omphalitis in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).The nursing satisfaction of neonatal mothers in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Second severing of umbilical nursing could shorten the umbilical healing time of newborns and prevent the occurrence of neonatal omphalitis.
