Comprehensive nursing experience of unmarried women by painless artificial abortion

目的:探讨非婚女性无痛人工流产的综合护理干预的效果。方法:收治非婚女性患者100例,给予综合护理干预措施,包括健康知识宣教、心理护理、手术前、手术中以及手术后的护理。结果:非婚女性患者或多或少存在一定心理及家庭问题,经给予有效的综合护理干预,患者均能取得较好的预后。结论:综合护理干预对于改善非婚女性患者的心理状态以及预后具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing experience of unmarried women by painless artificial abortion.Methods:100 cases of unmarried female patients were selected.They were given comprehensive nursing intervention,including health education,psychological care,preoperative,operative and postoperative care.Results:The psychological and family problems more or less exist in unmarried female patients.After effective comprehensive nursing intervention,patients can get better prognosis.Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention has important clinical significance for improving unmarried female patients psychological status and prognosis.
