脓胸纤维板剥脱术后36例病情观察及护理

Disease observation and nursing of empyema fibreboard stripping postoperation in 36 cases

目的:研究脓胸膜纤维板剥脱术后病情观察与护理措施。方法:对36例脓胸膜纤维板剥脱术后的患者给予密切观察与有效护理。结果:36例患者均治愈出院。结论:脓胸纤维板剥脱术后对患者的生命体征与引流量情况给予密切的观察,并实施针对性的护理措施,就能够防止医疗事故的出现,降低并发症发生率,提高护理质量。

Objective:To study disease observation and nursing measure of empyema fibreboard stripping postoperation.Methods:36 patients with empyema fibreboard stripping postoperation were given close observation and effective nursing.Results:36 patients were all cured and discharged.Conclusion:The empyema fibreboard stripping postoperation are given close observation of the vital signs and drainage volume conditions of patients.Implemented corresponding nursing measures can prevent the emergence of medical accidents,reduce the complications of patients,and promote the nursing quality improved obviously.
