胰岛素混合重组人表皮生长因子治疗糖尿病足的临床观察

Clinical observation of insulin combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of diabetic foot

目的:探讨重组人表皮生长因子治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法:将47例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为对照组24例和治疗组23例,对照组采用高锰酸钾浸泡及常规换药治疗,治疗组采用高锰酸钾浸泡后胰岛素混合重组人表皮生长因子外敷治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗有效率85.12%,明显高于对照组的47.68%(P<0.05);治疗组溃疡愈合时间(36.72±5.14)d明显短于对照组的(54.82±7.36)d(P<0.01)。结论:重组人表皮生长因子治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods:47 cases of patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into the control group with 24 cases and the treatment group with 23 cases,the control group was treated with potassium permanganate soaking and routine dressing change,the treatment group was treated with external application of insulin combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor after potassium permanganate soaking,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the effective rate of 85.12% was significantly higher than 47.68% of the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the healing time of ulcer of (36.72±5.14) days was significantly shorter than (54.82 ± 7.36) days in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of diabetic foot was significant.
