探析贝那普利联合氨氯地平对高血压脑卒中二级预防的效果

Effect analysis of benazepril combined with amlodipine for the secondary prevention of ischemia stroke

目的:探讨贝那普利联合氨氯地平对高血压脑卒中二级预防的临床效果。方法:收治高血压病患者89例,根据用药的不同分为两组。对照组给予贝那普利,研究组在对照组的基础上给予氨氯地平,比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗后两组DBP和SBP显著低于治疗前,且研究组DBP、SBP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组死亡率、复发率显者著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合氨氯地平对高血压脑卒中二级预防的盘床效果显著,可以有效改善患者的血压值,降低死亡率和复发率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect benazepril combined with amlodipine for the secondary prevention of ischemia stroke.Methods:According to the different drugs,89 cases of patients with hypertension were divided into two groups.The control group was given benazepril,the research group was given amlodipine on the basis of the control group,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the DBP and SBP of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the DBP,SBP of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mortality rate and recurrence rate in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benazepril combined with amlodipine for the secondary prevention of ischemia stroke had significant clinical curative effect,which could improve the patient's blood pressure effectively and reduce the mortality rate and recurrence rate.
