摘要
目的：探讨重度痔的新型治疗方法。方法：对60例重度混合痔患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：治愈56例(93.33%)，好转4例(6.67%)，有效率100%。无术后出血、肛门狭窄等严重并发症发生。按视觉模拟评分法(VAS)，仅11例(18.33%)发生4～6分的肛门疼痛，予口服非甾体抗炎药后缓解。术后随访6～12个月，无复发。结论：PPH加个体化外痔整复术治疗重度混合痔疗效确切，具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等特点。
Objective:To explore the new treatment method of severe hemorrhoid.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoid were retrospectively analyzed.Results:56 cases(93.33%) were cured,4 cases(6.67%) were improved,the effective rate was 100% .There was no postoperative bleeding,anal stenosis and other serious complications.According to visual analogue scale(VAS),only 11 cases(18.33% ) occurred 4 to 6 points of anal pain,they were relieved after oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation,there was no recurrence.Conclusion:The curative effect of PPH plus individual external hemorrhoid reconstructive surgery in the treatment of severe hemorrhoid is exact.It has the characteristics of small trauma,quick recovery and less complications.
