微创与开放方案置入椎弓根螺钉内固定修复胸腰椎骨折的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析微创与开放方案置入椎弓根螺钉内固定修复胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法:收治胸腰椎骨折患者80例,根据不同治疗方案分为两组,各40例。对照组给予开放式椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗,研究组给予微创椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗,比较两组有效性指标、治疗前后影像学指标变化情况。结果:研究组有效性指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微创椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折,不仅操作简便、创伤小、出血少,且可有效促进患者恢复。 Objective:To analyze the curative effect of minimally invasive and open plan placing pedicle screw in ternal fixation inthe repairment of thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:80 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were selected.According to different treatment options,they were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each.The control group was given open pedicle screw internal fixation treatment.The research group was given minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation treatment.The effective indexes,the changes of imaging indicators before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results:The effective indexes of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture has not only simple operation,less trauma,less bleeding,and can effectively promote the recovery of patients.
