高龄急性结石性胆囊炎外科治疗的时机与手术方式的选择

Surgical treatment and surgical treatment for aged patients with acute cholecystitis

目的:探讨高龄急性结石性胆囊炎患者外科治疗的最佳时机及选择合理手术方式。方法:收治高龄急性结石性胆囊炎患者50例,根据手术时机分为两组。比较两组手术方式的选择及术后并发症的发生。结果:早期手术组手术方式的选择与延期手术组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。早期手术组手术并发症发生率与延期手术组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:外科治疗是最佳干预高龄急性结石性胆囊炎的手段。根据患者实际情况选择早期手术及合理的手术方式以提高手术治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the best time of surgical treatment for aged patients with acute calculous cholecystitis and to choose the reasonable surgical method.Methods:According to the operation time,50 cases of aged patients with acute calculous cholecystitis were divided into two groups.The choice of surgical method and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference of surgical method choice between the early-operation group and the delayed-operation group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference of postoperative complications incidence between the early-operation group and the delayed-operation group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Surgical treatment was the best method for the treatment of aged patients with acute calculous cholecystitis.According to the actual situation of patients,the early operation and reasonable surgical method were chosen to improve the operation treatment effect.
