硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的临床效果

Clinical curative effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension

目的:探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的临床效果。方法:收治妊高征患者84例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予硫酸镁静脉注射治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予硝苯地平片治疗,对比两组的疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征具有较好的临床效果及较低的并发症发生率,具有安全、有效性。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension.Methods:84 patients with pregnancy hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given magnesium sulfate intravenous injection treatment.The observation group was given nifedipine treatment on the basis of the control group.The curative effects and complications of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension have better clinical curative effect and lower complication incidence rate,and has safety and effectiveness.
