稽留流产1000例宫腔镜下清宫术分析

Analysis of curettage under hysteroscopy in 1000 cases of missed abortion

目的:探讨宫腔镜下清宫术治疗稽留流产的临床效果。方法:收治稽留流产患者1000例,随机分为观察组及对照组各500例。对照组给予传统的清宫术治疗,观察组给予宫腔镜下清宫术治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组再次清宫率、粘连发生率、不全流产发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下清宫术治疗稽留流产效果显著,粘连发生少,成功率高,明显缩短患者的住院时间及术中出血量。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of curettage under hysteroscopy in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods:1000 patietns with missed abortion were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 500 cases in each.The control group was given conventional curettage treatment.The observation group was given curettage under hysteroscopy treatment.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The again curettage rate,adhesion incidence rate,incomplete abortion rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curettage under hysteroscopy in the treatment of missed abortion has remarkable effect,less adhesion,high success rate,and significantly shorten the hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss of patients
