中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者便秘相关因素的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of constipation related factors in patients with middle-late malignant tumor chemotherapy

目的：探讨中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者便秘的相关因素。方法：收治中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者80例，对患者的年龄、性别、文化程度、治疗药物、饮食、便秘等一般资料进行分析。结果：便秘36例，发生率45.0%，男24例(66.7%)，女12例(33.3%)，年龄45～81岁，平均61.2岁；便秘发生时间：化疗1个周期内发生便秘5例(13.9%)，化疗2个周期18例(50.0%)，化疗3个周期16例(44.4%)，便秘分级1～2级，其中1级17例，2级19例。便秘因素：心理因素52例(65.0%)，药物因素20例(25.0%)，饮食因素18例(22.5%)，化疗后不良反应17例(21.3%)，有27例患者有2种相关因素。结论：心理因素、药物因素、饮食因素、化疗后不良反应是导致中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者发生便秘的主要因素。

Objective:To explore the constipation related factors in patients with middle-late malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods:80 patients with middle-late malignant tumor chemotherapy were selected.The age,sex,education degree,treatment medicine,diet,constipation and other general information of the patients were analyzed.Results:36 cases had constipation,the incidence rate was 45.0%,24 cases(66.7%) were male,12 cases(33.3%) were female,the age was 45 to 81 years old,the average age was 61.2 years.The constipation occurred time was that 5 cases(13.9% ) in chemotherapy 1 cycle,18 cases(50.0% ) in chemotherapy 2 cycles,16 cases(44.4%) in chemotherapy 3 cycles.The constipation classification was 1 to 2 grade,including 17 cases of 1 grade,19 cases of 2 grade.The constipation factors were that 52 case(65%) of psychological factors,20 cases(25%) of drug factors,18 cases(22.5%) of diet factors,17 cases(21.3%) of adverse reactions after chemotherapy,27 patients with 2 cases of related factors.Conclusion:The psychological factors,drug factors,diet factors,adverse reactions after chemotherapy are the main factors leading to the occurrence of constipation in patients with middle-late malignant tumor chemotherapy.
