对比分析遮盖法及压抑疗法治疗学龄儿童单眼弱视的临床效果

Comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect of the covering method and the suppression therapy in the treatment of school-age children monocular amblyopia

目的:对比分析遮盖法及压抑疗法治疗学龄儿童单眼弱视的临床效果。方法:收治学龄儿童单眼弱视患者80例,随机分为压抑疗法组与遮盖法组各40例,分别采取压抑疗法和遮盖法治疗,分析两组的临床效果。结果:压抑疗法组治疗效果明显优于遮盖法组(P<0.05)。压抑疗法组立体视重建率明显高于遮盖法组(P<0.05)。结论:对学龄儿童单眼弱视患者进行临床治疗,采用压抑疗法的治疗效果优于采用遮盖法的治疗效果。

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical treatment effect of the covering method and the suppression therapy in the treatment of school-age children monocular amblyopia.Methods:80 patients with school-age children monocular amblyopia were selected.They were randomly divided into the suppression therapy group and the covering method group with 40 cases in each.They were respectively given the suppression therapy and the covering method treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The treatment effect of the suppression therapy group was significantly better than that of the covering method group(P<0.05).The stereoscopic reconstruction rate of the suppression therapy group was significantly higher than that of the covering method group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with school-age children monocular amblyopia are given clinic treatment,the treatment effect of the suppression therapy is better than the treatment effect of the covering method.
