微波联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹后神经痛43例效果观察

Curative effect observation of microwave combined with anti-imflammation-analgesic injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralqia in 43 cases

目的:探讨微波联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的效果。方法:治疗组43例给予微波联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物,对照组36例给予微波治疗,对比两组的效果。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微波联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹后神经痛效果明显,是一种有效、安全的治疗手段。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of microwave combined with anti-imflammation-analgesic injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralqia.Methods:43 cases in the treatment group were treated with microwave combined with anti-imflammation-analgesic injection.36 cases in the control group were treated with microwave treatment,The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The microwave combined with anti-imflammation-analgesic injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralqia has a significant effect,it is an effective and safe treatment.
