中西医结合锥颅穿刺抽吸引流术治疗高血压脑出血97例临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with tapered skull puncture drainage technique in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in 97 cases

目的:观察中西医结合锥颅穿刺抽吸引流术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:收治高血压脑出血患者97例,术前给予醒脑静及七叶皂苷钠注射液,待病情稳定后,实施锥颅穿刺血肿抽吸引流术,术后给予灯盏花素注射液。观察患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,基本恢复日常生活31例,部分恢复日常生活并可自理28例,生活不能处理但神志清楚17例,植物状态4例,死亡17例,生存率82.5%(80/97),病死率17.5%(17/97)。结论:中西医结合锥颅穿刺抽吸引流术治疗高血压脑出血具有显著的临床效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with tapered skull puncture drainage technique in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:97 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were given Xingnaojing and sodium aescinate injection before operation.After being in a stable condition,they were given tapered skull puncture drainage technique,and breviscapine injection after operation.The clinical curative effects of patients were observed.Results:After treatment,31 cases basically restored daily life.28 cases partly restored daily life and could self-care.Life could not handle but conscious in 17 cases.4 cases were vegetative state.17 cases were death.The survival rate was 82.5%(80/97),the mortality rate was 17.5% (17/97).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with tapered skull puncture drainage technique in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have significant clinical curative effect.
