中药湿敷贴配合温针治疗风寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎80例效果观察

Curative effect observation of Chinese traditional medicine wet patches combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis in 80 cases

目的:观察中药湿敷贴配合温针治疗风寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:80例风寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎患者给予中药湿敷贴配合温针治疗,观察其疗效。结果:治愈31例(38.75%),显效28例(35%),有效16例(20%),无效5例(6.25%),总有效率93.75%。结论:中药湿敷贴配合温针治疗风寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine wet patches combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:80 patients with cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis were given Chinese traditional medicine wet patches combined with warm acupuncture.The curative effect was observed.Results:31 cases(38.75% ) were cured,28 cases(35% ) were markedly effective,16 cases(20% ) were effective,5 cases(6.25%) were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.75%.Conclusion:The curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine wet patches combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of cold dampness type of knee osteoarthritis is better.
