电针配合穴位注射疗法治疗Wagner0期糖尿病足的临床观察

Clinical observation of electric acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of Wagner 0 stage diabetic foot

目的:观察电针配合穴位注射疗法对Wagner0期糖尿病足的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析60例Wagner0期糖尿病足患者的临床资料,对治疗前1天和2个疗程后的神经肌电图检测结果、中医证候积分和糖尿病周围神经病变积分进行分析,评估疗效。结果:电针结合穴注组的各项指标改善情况显著优于另外两组。结论:电针配合穴注组的临床疗效明显优于电针组及穴位注射组。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of Wagner 0 stage diabetic foot.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with Wagner 0 stage diabetic foot were retrospectively analyzed.The nerve electromyograph test results,traditional Chinese medicine symptom integrals and diabetic peripheral neuropathy integrals were analyzed at one day before treatment and after 2 courses.Results:The indicators improvement situation of electric acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy group was significantly better than that of other two groups.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy group is significantly better than the electric acupuncture group and the acupoint injection group.
