阴道B超与腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的价值对比分析

Contrastive analysis of the value of transvaginal B ultrasound and abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨阴道B超与腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法:收治疑诊为异位妊娠患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予腹部B超诊断,观察组给予阴道B超诊断。对比两组患者的诊断确诊率。结果:对照组诊断确诊率86.7%,观察组诊断确诊率96.7%。结论:阴道B超诊断异位妊娠,更加快速、准确,具有更高的临床价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of transvaginal B ultrasound and abdominal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:120 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given the abdominal B ultrasound diagnosis.The observation group was given the transvaginal B ultrasound diagnosis.The diagnosis accuracy rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The diagnosis accuracy rates of the control group was 86.7% .The diagnosis accuracy rates of the observation group was 96.7% .Conclusion:The diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal B ultrasound is more rapid and accurate,and has higher clinical value.
