摘要 目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与肺癌血管生成的关系。方法:检测46例非小细胞肺癌组织IGF-1、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)以及微血管密度(MVD)的表达。结果:肺癌组织中IGF-1的表达高于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。IGF-1阳性标本与阴性标本中MVD值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF阳性标本与VEGF阴性标本中MVD值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IGF-1在肺癌组织中的表达显著增高,并与肺癌的分期、转移和分化相关。IGF-1的高表达与肺癌的血管生成相关。 Objective:To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor 1 in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with angiogenesis of lung cancer.Methods:The expression of IGF-1,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in 46 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were detected.Results:The expression of IGF-1 in lung cancer tissues was higher than that in normal lung tissues(P<0.05).There was significant difference of MVD values between IGF-1 positive samples and IGF-1 negative samples(P<0.05).There was significant difference of MVD values between VEGF positive samples and VEGF negative samples(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of IGF-1 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher,and it was related to the stage,metastasis and differentiation of lung cancer.High expression of IGF-1 was associated with angiogenesis in lung cancer.
