延续性护理用于高血压患者用药依从性改善的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of continuity nursing for the improvement of medication compliance in patients with hypertension

目的:探讨延续性护理用于改善高血压患者用药依从性的效果。方法:收治高血压患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组出院时行常规出院指导,观察组则实行延续性护理,比较两组患者的用药依从性及血压控制效果。结果:出院时两组患者的血压水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05),出院3个月后,观察组患者的收缩压及舒张压均显著低于对照组,用药依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理措施能够提高高血压患者的健康认知,提高患者的用药依从性。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuity nursing for the improvement of medication compliance in patients with hypertension.Methods:100 patients with hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each,when discharged,the control group was given routine discharge guidance,the observation group was given continuity nursing,we compared the medication compliance and blood pressure control effect of the two groups.Results:At the time of discharge,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05),after 3 months of discharge,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the medication compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuity nursing can improve the health awareness of patients with hypertension and improve medication compliance.
