多发创伤患者的院前急救与护理

Multiple trauma patients with pre-hospital emergency and care

目的:探讨多发创伤患者院前急救护理方法,以提高其院前急救成功率。方法:回顾多发性创伤院前急救护理患者68例,总结分析处理对策及护理措施。结果:68例患者均成功转送入院。结论:在急救现场准确判断伤情及恰当救护、熟练规范的急救技术以及运送途中恰当的护理是抢救成功的保证。

Objective:To explore how to improve the nursing care of patients with multiple trauma patients before hospital emergency treatment,and to improve the success rate of pre-hospital care.Methods:Review of 68 cases of emergency care in patients with multiple trauma patients,summarizing and analyzing the treatment measures and nursing measures.Results:68 cases were successfully transferred to hospital.Conclusion:In the first aid,the accurate judgement of the injury and the appropriate rescue,skilled in the standard of first aid technology and delivery of the appropriate care is the guarantee of success.
