摘要
目的:探讨品管圈在缩短住院患者大小便标本送检时间、提高送检率中的应用。方法:成立品管圈小组,以"提高住院患者大小便送检率"为活动主题,运用持续质量改进方法,发现问题,分析、讨论、制定对策并实施、评价。结果:随机对375例住院患者的调查,通过实施品管圈活动,患者大小便送检率由88%上升到96%。结论:品管圈活动缩短了住院患者标本送检时间,提高了送检率,提升了患者对护理工作的满意度,增加了医生对护士的职业价值认同感和信任感,激发了护士的潜能,增强了团队凝聚力。
Objective:To explore the application of quality control circle in improving delivery rate and shortening the submission time of stool and urine in hospitalized patients.Methods: Quality control circle group was set up,the activity theme was "to improve the delivery rate of stool and urine in hospitalized patients",using continuous quality improvement method,we found the problem,then analyzed,discussed,developed,implemented and evaluated it.Results:375 patients were randomly investigated,through the implementation of quality control circle,the delivery rate of stool and urine was increased from 88% to 96%.Conclusion:Quality control circle can shorten the submission time of specimen in hospitalized patients,improve the delivery rate,improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,increase the professional value and trust of doctors to nurses,stimulate the potential of nurses,and enhance team cohesion.
