社区精神疾病现状与防治、康复管理情况的分析探索

Analysis and exploration of the present situation of the community mental diseases and the prevention and cure and rehabilitation management of the disease

目的:探讨社区精神疾病现状及防治、康复管理情况。方法:调查社区的精神疾病现状,对调查数据进行处理分析。结果:精神疾病患者682例,占总人数5.95%,其中重性精神疾病474例,占全部精神疾病患者的69.50%。精神分裂症436例(63.93%)。门诊治疗335例(49.12%),住院治疗98例(14.37%)。结论:社区精神疾病主要以精神发育迟缓、精神分裂、心境障碍为主,应针对上述情况采取相应的防治措施,促进患者康复。

Objective:To explore the present situation of the community mental diseases and the prevention and cure and rehabilitation management of the disease.Methods:We investigated present situation of the community mental diseases and analyzed the data.Results:The number of patients with mental illness was 682,the proportion to total number was 5.95%,among them,the number of patients with severe mental illness was 474,the proportion to all patients with mental illness was 69.50%.436 cases(63.93% ) were schizophrenia.335 patients(49.12% ) were treated in the outpatient department,98 patients(14.37% ) were treated in the inpatient department.Conclusion:The main community mental diseases were mental retardation,schizophrenia and mood disorders,we should take corresponding preventive measures against the above situation and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
