目的:探讨广德县妇保人力情况与早孕期保健建卡率的关系。方法:对广德县全部县、乡、村保健人员进行问卷调查,了解人力资源状况和孕产期保健服务存在的问题。结果:广德县妇保人员基本是临床类专业,县、乡两级均无公共卫生类,村级公共卫生类很低,技术职称较低,特别是村级保健人员;村妇保人员女性少(47.6%),村级妇保人员通过网络信息获取孕产妇信息率最低(4.3%),收集怀孕信息采取电子录入信息的女妇保人员教比男性低;孕产妇的流动性很大、宣传管理工作不到位、网络信息缺乏是早孕建卡率不高的主要原因。结论:广德县妇保人员人力资源较缺乏,信息使用和利用水平低,要加大人力资源的投入,实现全县各相关部门网络信息的共享,提高早孕期保健建卡率。

Objective:To explore the relationship between human resources in maternal and child health and the rate of health care card at early pregnancy in guangde county.Methods:All health care workers in guangde county were given a questionnaire to understand the problems in human resources status and health care service at pregnant period.Results:Workers in maternal and child health in guangde county were basically clinical specialty,there was no public health in county and town,at the village level,public health was very low,technical titles were lower,especially village level health personnel.Women were less in maternal and child health personnel at village level(47.6%),The rate of collecting maternal information through network information in maternal and child health personnel at village level was lowest(4.3%),the number of women were lower than that of men in maternal and child health personnel with collecting information on pregnancy and electronic information input.The larger mobility of pregnant women,poor propaganda and management and the lack of network information were the main reasons lead to low rate cards.Conclusion:Human resources in maternal and child health in guangde county were relatively lack,information use and use level were low,we should increase the investment of human resources,achieve network information sharing among all relevant departments of the county,improve the rate of health care card at early pregnancy in guangde county.
