医护配合培训模式在透析室护士急救教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨医护配合培训模式在透析室护士急救教学中的应用。方法:采取医护配合急救培训方法对12名透析室护士进行急救培训,培训前后分别对急救理论和急救技能进行考核,比较考核结果。结果:培训前后急救理论和急救技能考核差异明显;医护配合模拟抢救心搏骤停患者,整个过程所用时间明显缩短;调查显示,所有受训护士认为培训增强了急救技能,培养了团队合作能力。结论:医护配合培训模式在透析室护士急救教学中,效果良好,缩短了抢救时间,提高了抢救质量。 Objective:To explore the application of doctor nurse cooperation training mode in the emergency teaching of the dialysis room nurses.Methods:12 cases of dialysis room nurses were given emergency training by using doctor nurse cooperation emergency training method.The emergency theory and emergency skills were assessed before and after training.The assessment results were compared.Results:The differences between the emergency theory and emergency skills assessment before and after training were significant.The doctor nurse cooperation simulated rescued the patients with cardiac arrest,the time of the whole process was significantly shortened.The survey showed that all trained nurses thought that training enhanced the emergency skills,cultivated the team cooperation ability.Conclusion:The doctor nurse cooperation training mode in the emergency teaching of the dialysis room nurses,the effect is good,it shortens the rescue time,and improves the rescue quality.
