全员参与式的护理质控是实现高质量护理的一种手段,涵盖了过程和结果质控。本文将从全员参与式的护理质控模式的背景、概念、组织构架、实施程序及结果进行了阐述,供护理管理者参考。
The nursing quality control mode of the whole staff participation is a mean of achieving high quality care,it covers the process and results quality control.This paper describes the background,concepts,organizational structure,implementation procedures and results of nursing quality control mode of the whole staff participation,to provide reference for nursing managers.
