提高药学实习生带教质量的探讨

Discussion on improving teaching quality of pharmaceutical practice

目的:总结本院最近5年来带教药学实习生经历,探讨提高药学实习生带教质量的方法。方法:通过提高职业道德教育程度,加强实习生沟通能力和医患之间的交流能力等方面培养、针对不同的实习生实际情况建立针对性的培养方案,从而提高药学实习生带教质量。结果:实习生为患者健康负责的意识和责任心都有大幅度提高,与实习之前相比其分析和解决问题的能力也均有不同程度的提升。结论:对实习生思想和业务素质等方面进行培养,能够迅速提高实习生各方面的能力。

Objective:To sum up the experience with the teaching of pharmacy at recent 5 years of our hospital,to explore the methods of improving the teaching quality of pharmaceutical practice.Methods:Through enhancing the degree of professional ethics education,strengthening the communication ability of trainee and communication ability between doctors and patients,according to the actual situation of different intern,we set up targeted training programs to improve the teaching quality of pharmaceutical practice.Results:The awareness of responsible for patient health and responsibility of the interns had greatly improved,compared with before practice,their ability to analyze and solve problems also had different degrees of improvement.Conclusion:To cultivate the students' thinking and business quality can quickly improve the ability of the intern.
