本文通过对临床药剂工作的现状、发展中的难点及制约因素进行分析,掌握现阶段临床药学研究工作的范围以及优势和缺点,从而有针对性地制定与临床药剂工作相关的优化措施。在临床药剂管理的工作当中,必须对存在的缺陷和问题进行深入的挖掘和认识,通过药剂工作的改革,充分发挥已有的优势,做到扬长避短,从而使药学服务的水平得到不断提高。

In this paper,the author analyzed the status and difficulties and constraints in the development of clinicalmedicament work,to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the clinical medicament management work,and explore theeffective strategies for optimizing work on this basis.In the clinical medicament management work,it must dig and cognizedeeply the defects and problems,give full play to the advantages of the existing to make best use of the advantages and bypassthe disadvantages with the reform of medicament work,so that the level of pharmaceutical care will continue to improve.
