氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的效果观察

Effect observation of losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of hypertension and type 2 diabetes

目的:探究氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:收治高血压合并2型糖尿病患者82例,分两组,对照组使用氯沙坦钾片与氢氯噻嗪片进行治疗,治疗组使用氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗,6个月后观察两组血压变化和血糖影响情况。结果:治疗后,两组血压和治疗前相比均有所下降,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的血糖变化比对照组小。结论:对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者使用氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片能够将其血压控制在理想范围内,不损害肾脏,安全性强。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment ofhypertension and type 2 diabetes.Methods:82 patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes were selected.They were dividedinto two groups.The control group were treated with losartan potassium tablets and hydrogen chloride tablets,while thetreatment group were treated with losartan potassium.After 6 months,the changes of blood pressure and blood glucose ofpatients were observed.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure and blood pressure of two groups were decreased,and thedifference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The change of blood glucose in the treatment group was smaller than that inthe control group.Conclusion:The use of losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patientswith hypertension can be controlled in an ideal range,without damaging the kidneys,and the safety is strong.
