老年高血压患者脉压与脑卒中关系的研究

Study on the relationship between pulse pressure of elderly patients with hypertension and stroke

目的:探讨老年高血压患者不同脉压(PP)水平与脑卒中的关系。方法:收治老年高血压患者734例,分为脑卒中组(脑梗死组、脑出血组、腔隙性脑梗死组)和非脑卒中组。分析不同脉压水平与不同脑卒中事件的关系。结果:脑卒中组、脑出血组患者随脉压水平的增大,脑卒中发生的比例逐渐增高。腔隙性脑梗死组患者的PP>60 mm Hg的达7.66%。结论:随着脉压水平的增大,脑卒中发生的比例逐渐增高。PP>80 mm Hg的发生脑出血的比例明显增高,PP>60 mm Hg的发生腔隙性脑梗死的比例明显增高。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between different pulse pressure(PP)and stroke in elderly patients withhypertension.Methods:734 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were divided into the stroke group(thecerebral infarction group,the cerebral hemorrhage group,the lacunar infarction group)and non stroke group.We analyzedthe relationship between different pulse pressure levels and stroke events.Results:Patients in the stroke group group and thecerebral hemorrhage group with pulse pressure level increased, and the proportion of stroke gradually increased.Patients in thelacunar infarction group when PP > 60 mmHg accounted for 7.66%.Conclusion:With the increase of pulse pressure level,theproportion of cerebral stroke increased gradually.The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage is significantly increased in PP > 80mmHg,while the proportion of lacunar infarction is significantly increased when PP > 60 mmHg.
