兰索拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡36例的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of lansoprazole triple therapy in 36 cases of gastric ulcer

目的:探讨兰索拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:收治胃溃疡患者72例,分为观察组和对照组各36例。观察组给予兰索拉唑三联疗法,对照组给予常规三联疗法,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组临床治愈率、疼痛缓解率、Hp根除率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:兰索拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of lansoprazole triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:72 patients with gastric ulcer were selected,and they were divided into the observation group(lansoprazole tripletherapy group) and the control group(conventional triple therapy group) with 36 cases in each.The observation group weregiven lansoprazole triple therapy and the control group were given conventional triple therapy.The clinical effect wascompared.Results:The cure rate,pain relief and the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group were higher than those in thecontrol group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Lansoprazole triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer has obviously effect.
