中上段食管癌行三野淋巴清扫术与普通三切口治疗效果的对比观察

Comparative study of the effect of three perspectives lymph node dissection and common three incision in the treatment of middle and upper esophageal carcinoma

目的:探讨三野淋巴清扫术与普通三切口治疗中上段食管癌的效果。方法:收治中上段食管癌患者96例,分为常规组和试验组,常规组使用食道癌普通三切口手术治疗,试验组使用三野淋巴清扫术进行治疗。结果:常规组并发症总发生率41.7%,淋巴结总复发率33.3%;试验组分别为79.2%、29.2%;常规组术后淋巴结复发时间早于试验组。结论:采用三野淋巴清扫术治疗中上段食管癌可以明显降低颈部复发率,延缓淋巴结复发。

Objective:To investigate the effect of three perspectives lymph node dissection and common three incision in thetreatment of middle and upper esophageal carcinoma.Methods:96 patients with esophageal carcinoma in middle and upperesophagus were selected.They were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group.The conventional groupwere given the esophagus cancer ordinary three incision operation treatment,while the experimental group were given thethree perspectives lymph node dissection treatment.Results:The total incidence rate of complications in the conventional groupwas 41.7%;the recurrence rate was 33.3%,and the experimental group was 79.2% and 29.2% respectively.Conclusion:Threeperspectives lymph node dissection in the treatment of middle and upper esophageal carcinoma can significantly reduce therecurrence rate of neck and delay the recurrence of lymph nodes.
